Inner Bloom is a deeply personalised Kundalini awakening and energy-work session, offered in Corfu and online.

Rather than following a fixed sequence, I bring together breathwork, somatic practices, intuitive movement, relaxation, music and energy work according to how you are arriving that day.

A Personalised Energy Journey

The first part of the session (which may last around an hour) is dedicated to helping you slow down, become present and reconnect with your body.

We begin with breathing exercises, gentle somatic work, intuitive movement and relaxation. Some practices may feel energising, while others are calming, depending on what feels appropriate in the moment.

Somatic work means bringing awareness to the sensations within your body and allowing movement to arise naturally, without needing to perform or do anything perfectly. There is nothing to achieve, and you are always invited to move at your own pace.

This opening phase creates a gradual transition from everyday life into the deeper energy work. Once you have had time to settle into the experience, we continue into the main part of the session.

What people
Experience

At the Heart of the Session

Energy work is at the centre of Inner Bloom.

During an in-person session, I may work with my hands gently on the body, always with your consent, or move the energy without physical touch. Online sessions are guided remotely and do not involve physical touch.

I may also use my voice, intuitive sounds, crystals or a pendulum when they feel appropriate.

I draw from different methods that I have studied and experienced over the years, but I do not use every element in every session. I work intuitively, responding to what I sense and to the guidance that arises in the moment.

This means that no two sessions are exactly alike.

A Musical Journey Created for You

Music is not simply playing in the background, it is one of the central elements of Inner Bloom.

Before each session, I spend time creating a playlist for the person or group and for that particular journey. Every track is chosen with care for its rhythm, tone, intensity and the stage of the experience it may support.

As the music changes, it can invite different states—from movement and activation to deeper feeling, stillness, relaxation and integration. Within the energetic framework of Inner Bloom, I also use different rhythms and sounds to bring attention to particular energy centres or chakras.

Music can reach places that words cannot. A melody or rhythm may awaken memories, images or emotions, allowing you to reconnect with parts of yourself that are ready to be felt and acknowledged.

Creating the playlist is also part of how I begin attuning to you before we meet. During the session, the music becomes a guide, carrying the experience forward while leaving space for your own energy and natural response to unfold.

Prepared With Care

My preparation begins before you arrive.

I take time to prepare myself and the space from which I will guide you. This may include energetically clearing the room and creating an altar as part of my personal ritual.

You do not need to be familiar with these practices. They are simply part of the intention and care I bring to creating a calm, welcoming and focused space for you.

Together, the movement, breath, relaxation, music and intuitive energy work create an experience that is personal to you and allowed to unfold at your own pace.

What people
Experience

What You May Experience During a Session

  • Gentle or spontaneous movement
  • Emotional release or heart opening
  • Deep relaxation, peace or expansion
  • Intuitive insights or greater clarity
  • A stronger connection with your body and sense of self

Some people experience noticeable sensations, movements or emotions, while others have a quiet and subtle experience. Both are completely valid, and there is no right way to respond.

What Inner Bloom May Support

People often choose Inner Bloom to support:

  • Feeling more grounded and present
  • Relaxation and relief from everyday stress
  • Emotional awareness and letting go
  • Greater clarity, confidence and self-trust
  • Reconnection with the body, intuition and inner strength
  • Awareness of patterns that may no longer support them
  • Renewed vitality, joy and inspiration

These are possible experiences rather than guaranteed outcomes. Every session meets you where you are.

Whether you are new to energy practices or already following a spiritual path, no previous experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to participate at your own pace.

Inner Bloom Kundalini Awakening is a facilitated energetic method that I created through years of learning, practicing and experiencing different approaches to energy and body-based work.

It is important to clarify that Inner Bloom is not the same as a spontaneous Kundalini awakening, and it is not traditional Kundalini Yoga. It is a method I have developed by blending different techniques and experiences that have influenced my work over the years, including Inner dance, ThetaHealing, breath work and somatic work.

An Inner Bloom session has two main parts.
The first part focuses on preparing the nervous system to receive the energetic work. Through a combination of breathing and somatic practices, I help you become more present in your body, relax and create a sense of safety and openness before moving into the deeper energetic part of the session.

The second part focuses on energy transmission in combination with the music frequencies. You lie down comfortably with your eyes closed, and allow yourself to feel and receive. I may work with touch when appropriate, or I may work with the energy without physical contact, depending on what feels right within the session.

In some sessions, I may also incorporate crystals or a pendulum as part of the energetic work. These are used intuitively as supportive tools within the process.

Music is a very important part of the Inner Bloom method. I don’t use the same playlist for every person. For each session, I create a unique musical journey, which follows the different stages of the experience. Music is much more than background sound. Different rhythms, textures and musical qualities can influence our state of awareness and the way we connect with our bodies and emotions. Music can also evoke memories, bring emotions to the surface and help us access experiences that may be difficult to reach. The musical journey is also one of the ways I begin to connect with the person I am working with. I choose and shape the music intuitively, allowing it to support the different stages of the energetic process.

Inner Bloom is not about forcing an awakening. It is about creating the conditions for you to surrender, connect more deeply with your body and explore your own energetic experience in a safe and supported environment.

Every person is different, and every session is a different journey. Some people are naturally very open and sensitive to energetic work and may experience a lot from their very first session. Others may need more time to relax, surrender and feel safe enough to open. There is no right pace.
Your nervous system, your life experiences and the way you relate to your body and emotions are all unique. You will experience the session in your own way and receive whatever you are ready to experience at that moment.

During the energetic part of an Inner Bloom session, some people experience spontaneous movement in the body. This can be very subtle, such as small movements in the fingers, feet or head, while for others it can become much more expressive and involve the whole body. These movements are not something you are asked to perform or consciously create, they happen spontaneously.

Other people may experience lights, colours, images or vivid inner experiences. Some may feel a deeper connection with themselves, their body or their emotions. Memories or emotions may arise that they had not consciously connected with for a long time.
People can also experience a wide range of emotions, including joy, sadness, anger, grief, love or deep peace. Sometimes the process can bring awareness to emotions or experiences that have been held in the body for a long time, allowing a person to feel, process and release them in their own way.
Some people experience a strong sense of heart opening, self-love or compassion, while others feel as though they are reconnecting with parts of themselves or their body that they had previously felt disconnected from.
Some people describe spiritual or expanded experiences, such as feeling connected to something greater than themselves, experiencing symbolic imagery, or having what they interpret as past-life or other-dimensional experiences. These experiences are deeply personal and can mean something different to each person.
And sometimes, the experience is much simpler: deep relaxation, stillness, presence or simply feeling more connected to the body.

There is no particular experience you need to have for a session to be meaningful. You don’t need to move, cry, see colours or have a profound vision. Your process is your own.
Inner Bloom is not about trying to achieve a specific experience. It is about creating a space where you can relax, surrender and explore whatever naturally arises at your own pace and in your own way.

Yes. Creating a safe, grounded and supportive environment is one of the most important parts of my work.
I have been working with energy, the body and different forms of healing for many years, and I am trauma-informed and experienced in holding space for people going through different kinds of emotional and energetic experiences. Throughout my years of facilitating sessions, I have not experienced serious problems with any participant.

Safety is not only about what happens during the energetic part of the session. It begins from the moment you arrive. This is why an Inner Bloom session includes a period of breathing and somatic work to help you become more present in your body and prepare your nervous system before moving into the deeper energetic work.

Every person responds differently. For some, the experience may be gentle and subtle; for others, it may be much more powerful or emotionally intense. I don’t try to force the process or make something happen. I work with what is present and adapt the session to the person in front of me.
You are always encouraged to remain connected to your own body and communicate if you need support, a pause or a change in the way the session is being facilitated.

For me, creating a space where you can feel safe enough to relax, surrender and receive is fundamental. The intention is never to push you beyond your limits, but to support you in exploring your own experience at a pace that feels appropriate for you.

No. You don’t need any previous experience with meditation, breathwork, energy work or Kundalini practices.
The only thing I invite you to bring is an open heart and a willingness to receive. There is nothing you need to perform or do correctly.

Come with as little expectation as possible, allow yourself to relax, trust the process and surrender to your own experience.

You don’t have to understand everything that happens during the session. Simply allow yourself to be present, listen to your body and receive whatever naturally unfolds.

If it is your first Inner Bloom Kundalini Awakening session, you don’t need to know anything or prepare in any particular way. I will explain the process and make sure you feel comfortable before we begin.

We start with a short conversation, followed by breathwork and somatic practices to help you become present in your body and prepare your nervous system to receive the energy work.
Then you lie down comfortably, close your eyes and allow yourself to receive. The second part of the session is the energetic work, supported by the unique musical journey I create specifically for the session. I may work with touch when appropriate, or without physical contact, depending on what feels right in the moment.

You don’t need to make anything happen. Your only invitation is to relax, trust and allow yourself to receive.
Your experience may be very subtle or very powerful. You may experience movement, emotions, energy sensations, images, memories, deep relaxation or something completely different. There is no right or wrong experience.

After the session, we take some time to come back, ground and integrate before you leave.
Most importantly, come without expectations. You don’t need to achieve anything. Simply allow yourself to experience the journey in your own way.

There is no complicated preparation needed. The most important thing is to come with an open heart, free of expectations, and allow yourself to trust and surrender to the experience.

For the practical side:
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Avoid eating and drinking coffee for at least 3 hours before the session. If needed, you can have something light such as fruit or juice.
Avoid alcohol and recreational substances for 24–48 hours before and after the session.
I recommend keeping your food light and vegetarian before and after the session.
Bring an eye mask if you have one, as keeping the eyes covered can help you turn your attention inward.

Most importantly, you don’t need to come prepared to achieve anything. The less you try to control the experience, the more space you create to feel, receive and connect with yourself.

Everyone has a different experience, and there is no specific outcome that you should expect. I can only speak about what people have shared with me about their own journeys.

Some people describe feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to their bodies after a session. They may feel that something they have been carrying for a long time has shifted or released, sometimes describing it as feeling like a weight has been lifted from their body.

For others, the changes are more emotional or personal. They may feel more connected to their hearts, experience more self-love and confidence, or reconnect with feelings of love and connection towards themselves and others.

Some people gain clarity about their lives and find the courage to make decisions or changes they had been avoiding. Others describe feeling happier, more present, more confident or more trusting of themselves and life.

Some of my clients have also shared that they were able to move away from certain addictive patterns after their sessions. This is a personal experience and is not something I promise or claim the sessions will produce.

Sometimes the biggest changes are subtle and unfold gradually over time. A session may simply give you a different perspective, a deeper connection with yourself or the feeling that something inside has shifted.
There is no “right” result. Your journey is your own, and the changes you experience will depend on where you are in your life and what you are ready to see, feel and explore.

There is no fixed number of sessions that everyone needs. Every person opens and processes at their own pace.
I usually encourage people to experience at least three to five sessions if they feel called to explore the practice more deeply. The first session can be an introduction to the process, while with subsequent sessions you may feel more familiar with the experience and find it easier to relax, trust and surrender.

For some people, opening comes naturally from the first session. For others, it takes more time for the nervous system to feel safe enough to let go and receive more deeply.
Three sessions are therefore not a requirement, but they can give you the opportunity to build trust with the process and explore what may unfold beyond the first experience.
You can always begin with one session and then decide how you feel and whether you would like to continue.

Kundalini is traditionally described as a vital or life force energy that exists within all of us. There are many different spiritual and body-based practices that work with this energy and can support us in becoming more aware of it.

Kundalini Yoga is a traditional yogic practice that can include physical postures, breathwork, meditation, mantra and other techniques. Through regular practice, these techniques can support greater awareness of the body, breath and vital energy.

Inner Bloom Kundalini Awakening is a different approach. It is a facilitated energetic method where you lie down, relax and receive energy transmission, supported by breathwork, somatic preparation and a carefully created musical journey.
Rather than actively performing a sequence of yoga practices, the emphasis in Inner Bloom is on receiving, surrendering and allowing the energetic process to unfold.

Both approaches can work with the concept of Kundalini or vital energy, but they have different methods, structures and experiences.

Inner Bloom is not a replacement for Kundalini Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga is not a prerequisite for experiencing an Inner Bloom session. You can explore either practice depending on what resonates with you.

A spontaneous Kundalini awakening is generally described as an experience that happens unexpectedly and without intentionally participating in a facilitated practice. People can describe very different experiences, and there is no single way in which a spontaneous awakening happens or is experienced.

Inner Bloom Kundalini Awakening is different. It is a facilitated method that you intentionally choose to experience, within a structured and safe environment. The session begins with breathwork and somatic practices to help you become present in your body, followed by energetic work and transmission supported by music.

The intention of Inner Bloom is not to force or trigger an uncontrollable awakening. You are not asked to push yourself or make anything happen. Instead, you are invited to relax, surrender and receive the energetic process at your own pace.

Every person responds differently, and an Inner Bloom session does not guarantee a particular type of Kundalini awakening or experience. The focus is on creating a safe and supported space for you to connect more deeply with your body, energy and inner experience.
