You’ll be guided on how to prepare yourself and the space for each session, as well as how to structure sound journeys and understand the impact of music and frequency on the nervous system, using intentional playlists designed for energetic activation.
The training also covers how to ground yourself and others, support the integration process, and confidently facilitate both private and group sessions, in-person and online.

Why should I choose
Bianca as my teacher?
Choosing a teacher for this kind of work is something very personal.
First of all, it needs to be someone that you feel safe with, someone you trust to guide you, and someone who truly lives what she shares. It’s not only about learning techniques.
My path has been full of changes, challenges, and unexpected turns. I left a successful career and a life that looked “right” from the outside because I felt something deeper was calling me. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the body, energy, and the healing process through study and experience.
I’ve trained in different modalities such as yoga and meditation. I’ve done a few Vipassana courses and worked with teachers and shamans around the world. I have learned kundalini awakening techniques, trauma release breathing, somatic work, and explored many approaches to healing. Over time, all of this naturally came together, and I created my own method: Inner Bloom Kundalini Awakening. This is an intuitive and grounded method, powerful, yet safe.
What I offer in my trainings is not just information. I guide you to develop your own sensitivity, to trust what you feel, and to understand the responsibility that comes with holding space for others. This work asks for presence, honesty, and embodiment.
If you feel called to learn with me, it means something in you already resonates. And I’m here to meet you there and guide you deeper into your own path.

What you can do with this training

You can integrate it into what you already do, or gradually let it become a more central part of your work. For some people, this path becomes a meaningful way to support others while continuing their own personal development.

Over time, with commitment and practice, it can develop into a stable professional path that reflects your values and supports meaningful work. FAQ
Will I be able to facilitate Inner Bloom Kundalini Awakening sessions after the training?
Yes. Upon successfully completing the training and meeting all the certification requirements, you will be qualified to facilitate Inner Bloom Kundalini Awakening sessions independently.
Facilitating this work is a deep responsibility. Holding space for others requires presence, maturity, and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment. When someone is not fully prepared, there is a risk of creating an unsafe container or unintentionally causing harm. This is why we place great care on ensuring that every graduate feels embodied, confident, and truly ready to guide others through this process.
Once certified, you will have the skills, understanding, and practical experience needed to hold sessions with confidence and integrity. From that grounded place, your work will naturally begin to resonate with the people who are meant to find you, and your ideal clients will be drawn to the energy and authenticity you bring.
Is this training suitable for beginners?
Yes. This training is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
If you’re new, you’ll be guided step by step through the foundations, building confidence in a grounded and supported way.
If you already have experience, the training will deepen your sensitivity, refine your facilitation skills, and expand your understanding of energy work.
What matters most is your openness, presence, and willingness to learn.
What makes Inner Bloom different from other Kundalini trainings?
This training goes beyond techniques; it focuses on developing your presence, sensitivity, and ability to hold a safe and attuned space for others.
It comes from years of experience in energy work, movement, breathwork, and trauma-aware practices and integrates both the energetic and the nervous system, supporting deep yet sustainable transformation.
Safety, integrity, and integration are at the core of this work. You are not only learning how to facilitate sessions, but how to embody the work in a way that feels authentic, responsible, and aligned with who you are.
What is the daily structure of the training?
The training begins on August 1st, which is arrival and check-in day, giving you time to settle in, arrive in the space, and land in Corfu.
From August 2nd to 6th, the daily rhythm is structured as follows:
• 08:30 – 09:30: Breakfast
• 09:30 – 13:30: Theory, guided exercises, and practical sessions
• Break for lunch, rest, and time to swim and enjoy the sea
• 16:00 – 19:00: Afternoon theory, practice, and integration work
• Evening: Free time, rest, and dinner
The pace is intentional — spacious enough to integrate, and focused enough to go deep.
On 7th of August , participants will hold and facilitate an Inner Bloom Kundalini Awakening session with external guests, putting into practice everything learned throughout the training in a supported and supervised setting.
Do you offer support after the training?
Yes. You will be supported after the training through an integration process designed to help you embody what you’ve learned and grow into your role as a facilitator.
This includes online integration meetings over the following 4 months (one session per month), where we reconnect, reflect, and support your experience in holding space for others.
You will also have access to a private Telegram group, where you can ask questions, share experiences, and receive guidance during and after the training. This space is there to support you as you begin working with clients and integrating the work into your own rhythm.
Will I receive a certification? What does it allow me to do?
Yes. After successfully completing the training and meeting all requirements, you will receive certification as an Inner Bloom Kundalini Awakening Facilitator. This certification allows you to offer sessions independently, using the Inner Bloom method to guide others through their own energetic experience.
It’s important to understand that this work is not a medical or therapeutic practice. As a facilitator, you are holding space for a personal and energetic process, not diagnosing, treating, or replacing professional medical or psychological care.

Because this work can be deep and activating, this training may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing severe mental health challenges (such as acute anxiety, depression, psychosis), are in a period of intense emotional instability, or have a history of conditions that could be triggered by strong energetic or somatic experiences. It may also not be appropriate during pregnancy.

What is the group size?
The group is kept small, with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 participants. This allows for an intimate and supportive environment, where each person receives personal guidance and enough space to fully engage in the process.

You don’t need to prepare anything specific for this training. Everything you need will be provided and guided throughout the process.
I simply invite you to arrive well-rested, open, and willing to be present. Comfortable clothing for movement and sessions is recommended, as well as anything that helps you feel at ease in your personal space.
